Available in 1mm, 3mm, 5mm and 10mmRigid Board Printing - Direct to Board - PVC Forex (Foamex)
We offer a direct to board printing service to PVC Foam board, sometimes called Forex or Forrex. We can print to material which is 1mm all the way to 10mm. Our machines can print to 48mm thich but foamboard is not always available at this thickness. Sheets can be upto 3050x1550mm (10ftx5ft). It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor purposes but we would not recommend for long term outdoor use (See ACM). The inks are UV stable for up to 5 years and are waterproof. You can add various laminates (gloss, matt, satin, anti-scuff or anti-bacterial) and it cuts beautifully, allowing you to create shaped finished printed products. Read More

We offer adirect to board printing service for ACM (Aluminium Composite / Dibond / Diabond). The quality is superb with no banding. This is supported by a digital cutting service which allows you to nest your jobs and get the maximum value from your material. Sheets can be upto 3050x1550mm (10ftx5ft). You may prefer to have the printed board laminated (gloss, matt, satin, anti-scuff or anti-bacterial) for extra protection or the finish you prefer. Our Plastic Fluted (known in the trade as Correx, though this is just a brand name) board trade printing service offers a variety of thicknesses (3-10mm) with great turnarounds and brilliant, vibrant print quality. Sometimes referred to Fluteboard or Fluted Polypropylene. it can be recycled and comes in sheet sizes upto 3050x1550mm (10ftx5ft). The boards are printed directly to the board and can be cut to shape to create 3D objects, like boxes, triangular prisms, or 2D shapes for point of sale, bollard wraps, estate agent boards or temporary election signage. Available in 5mm OnlyRigid Board Printing - Direct to Board - Kappa Board Printing - Foamboard
Our Kappa Foamboarding printing service is printed direct to board using UV inks which can then be laminated (gloss, matt, satin, anti-scuff or anti-bacterial) to your preference. Kappa board is a polyurethane foam core with a paper surface and is not waterproof and therefore not suitable for external use. It can bed easily and should be handled with care. Kappaboard is extremely lightweight 5mm thick display signage material. Designed to stay very flat making it perfect for hanging signs, window displays and lightweight point of sale solutions. This grey centred paper based board is perfect for point of sale solutions such as hanging signs, standees or strut cards. It is 1.2mm thick and printed with UV inks, so nice it has nice vibrant colours. It is not suitable for outdoor use but because it is paper based it can be recycled, so a good alternative to PVC when the pupose is short term exhibition displays. It can be cut to shape but does not like to be folded as the liner can split. Read More

Available in 18mm OnlyRigid Board Printing - Direct to Board - MDF
MDF can be printed up to 48mm thick but common thicknesses are 6mm, 9mm,12mm & 18mm. We print using UV inks which cure instantly giving a matt effect. However by coating the material in advance we are able to achive a more vibrant effect. Because the wood in brown in colour there is no white point so if a true colour representation is required then a white ink layer can be either floor or spot printed. if you are interested in the effects that can be achieved by using our MDF direct to board printing service are of interest then we advise that you send a request to our customer service team to discuss your desired outcome. Our Priplak (Viprint) polypropylene flatbed digital printing service is ideal for POS to presentation folders, as well as exhibition posters and banners. Now that the technology has advanced we are now able to print to both sides and the material can be printed using UV cured digital printing process allowing for short-runs. With white ink capability we are able to print to a range of colours to match you corporate colours but printing a white layer and then full colour process on top. Our colours are vibrant and robust. Acrylic (Perspex is the trade name, like Scellotape or Hoover) is a versatile clear plastic sheet ideal for general display purpose. It is lightweight, impact resistant and easy to work with. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. We can print to a range of ticknesses from 1mm to 48mm and can be routed to shape. We have ability to fabricate printed acrylic by routing, folding, heatbending and polishing the edges. Printed acrylic can be backed up with white ink to create a white point so that prints can either be translucent or solid. The inks are waterpoof and will offer up to 5 year UV stability. Rigid Board Printing - Direct to Board - Magnetic ACM (Ferrous Board)
We can print to Ferrous Composite Board (Technically it is galvanised steel composite board which is magnetically receptive). The board itself is not magnetic. It contains iron which allows the surface to be attracted by a magnet. This allows us to print directly to the specially formulated steel composite board (dibond) to produce noticeboards, 5S communiation tools, planning boards, etc. Dry whiteboards can be producted using a dry-wipe laminate to the face.Although this looks like ACM it's skin is steel rather than aluminium.
