Covid-19 - WARNING! Deliveries maybe delayed due to overwhelming demand on courier services

COVID-19 AND OUR RESPONSE

Though we have been dispatching goods on time you may find a delay in courier deliveries.  We recommend contacting your courier directly as per our honest delivery policy.  We cannot replace any job until 3 to 5 working days after a courier investigation.

We are currently using DPD for packages less than 1m, they have had an excellent delivery response time but as England is opening back up for business have become under increased pressure as such we have seen delays of 1 to 2 working days.  We are seeing simliar issues with our oversized couriers (TNT/Fedex and Tuffnells) on a more exhaggerated rate.

As we closely monitor the ongoing situation surrounding COVID-19, our business has taken the decision to remain open however on a much smaller number of staff than usual.

We are slowly ramping up production and are back to two full shifts with a third expected in the coming weeks.  On time dispatch is still occuring within our target range but please be aware of the current courier situation when planning dates.

This is in the best interests of our staff's safety during this pandemic. In order to protect our business we will utilize the Government's Job Retention Scheme and place the majority of our staff on Furlough until further notice whilst we continue to review the situation.

With this in mind we will continue to trade with a skeleton staff as more than ever, the demand for Health and Safety Signage is at it's highest.

We will of course continue to carry out Social Distancing Measures. The health and welfare of our staff is paramount at this critical time.

To our customers, we ask you to remain patient with us at this time as response times may be a little longer than usual and production capabilities are limited so please reach out to us to discuss turnaround times at the time of your order.

Thank you once again for your patience at this time and we look forward to continuing to with you both throughout and at the other end.

Stay safe and of course we will update you should there be any further changes.
