Flatbed Printing Service Uses direct to board (Dibond, ACM, PVC Forrex, Correx, Aluminium Composite, MDF) technology with UV cured inks which can then be laminated (gloss, matt, satin, anti-scuff or anti-bacterial) to your preference.

Acrylic (Perspex is the trade name, like Scellotape or Hoover) is a versatile clear plastic sheet ideal for general display purpose. It is lightweight, impact resistant and easy to work with. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. We can print to a range of ticknesses from 1mm to 48mm and can be routed to shape. We have ability to fabricate printed acrylic by routing, folding, heatbending and polishing the edges. Printed acrylic can be backed up with white ink to create a white point so that prints can either be translucent or solid. The inks are waterpoof and will offer up to 5 year UV stability.
