data-end=\"306\">Young People In Print (YPIP)<\/strong>\u2019s initiative to open our doors and celebrate <strong data-start=\"352\" data-end=\"380\">#InternationalDayOfPrint<\/strong>, we welcomed <strong data-start=\"394\" data-end=\"417\">three local schools<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"422\" data-end=\"443\">36 young learners<\/strong> into our facility yesterday.<\/p><p data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"639\">The aim was simple \u2014 to raise awareness of <strong data-start=\"519\" data-end=\"535\">#NoWrongPath<\/strong> and show that the <strong data-start=\"554\" data-end=\"572\">print industry<\/strong> offers exciting, viable careers for young people leaving school.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element data-end=\"665\">Graphic Warehouse<\/strong>, over <strong data-start=\"672\" data-end=\"714\">70% of our production team is under 25<\/strong>, proving that <em data-start=\"729\" data-end=\"751\">earn while you learn<\/em> works. Through <strong data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"793\">#ModernApprenticeships<\/strong>, our young team members are gaining real-world experience, qualifications, and confidence \u2014 all without the burden of student debt. It\u2019s a win for them and for us \u2014 ensuring we\u2019re not held back by an ageing workforce.<\/p><p data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1348\">I shared my own journey with the students \u2014 one that wasn\u2019t exactly straightforward. I attended <em data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1119\">twelve<\/em> different educational establishments before training as a primary school teacher, only to discover my true passion lay in <strong data-start=\"1242\" data-end=\"1302\">design, web development, signage, and large-format print<\/strong>. My motto has always been: <em data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1345\">keep learning<\/em>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1606\">And I told them something else: I once thought I wasn\u2019t smart enough at school.
