On 9th October 2025<\/strong>, we\u2019re calling on every print business \u2014 from vehicle wrappers to label printers, newspaper publishers to signage and display specialists \u2014 to open your doors to young people<\/strong>. Join us and hundreds of others across the country as part of Young People in Print\u2019s (YPIP) nationwide open day<\/strong> for The International Day of Print<\/em>. It\u2019s a chance to show the next generation the creativity, technology, and opportunities that make our industry so unique \u2014 and you might even find your next apprentice in the process.<\/p>

Print is everywhere, but too often invisible. Signs, graphics, packaging, labels, newspapers, books, vehicle wraps, and displays surround us daily. Yet many young people have never seen behind the scenes of a print business. This open day changes that. By welcoming schools and colleges, we give students a rare glimpse into a world that is not only\u00a0<\/span>versatile and innovative<\/strong>, but also\u00a0<\/span>inclusive and full\u00a0of career possibilities<\/strong>.<\/span>

The industry is crying out for new energy, fresh ideas, and skilled people. Whether you\u2019re hands-on, creative, technical, or commercial, there\u2019s a role waiting. Apprenticeships can lead to careers in design, production, installation, sales, and project management. At our factory, we\u2019ll be inviting local schools and colleges to see large format print in action \u2014 how we turn ideas into finished signage and display graphics. Students will walk through the process, talk to our team, and see technology and craftsmanship at work.<\/p>

Last year, the impact was huge. Some of the students who visited came back for work experience, and new opportunities grew from there. It proved one thing: when young people see what\u2019s possible, they want to be part of it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
