Engage learners in alternative apprenticeships <\/strong>&#8211; further education does not have to be college or university.<strong> Earn while we learn opportunities are out there.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>2. Encourage other businesses to have open days <\/strong>and engage with local schools and colleges to show the wealth of industry we have that young people don&#8217;t know about,<strong> they should not be left on the scrap heap.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section working&#8230;<strong> almost 80% of our production staff are under 25,<\/strong> some have disengaged at school and did not want to enter further education.<\/p><p>It&#8217;s not perfect and hats off to our production leaders, who invest their time into the future of our
